Research Series Session 1: Engagement
The first of the MANSAG Research Series focusing on Research Engagement will be live online on 24/09/2024 1230-1330.
We aim to inform, inspire and involve HCW of Nigerian descent and others in healthcare research within and outside the NHS. You will see how research can be part of your professional journey from your time as a student to retirement and beyond!
- Delve into research and NTN applications
- Understand research in the NHS as a clinician
- Explore research opportunities for members
- Find a research mentor
We are honoured to have Oxford University Centre for Research Equity as our collaborator. Race Equity and Diversity in Careers (REDiC) Incubator supported by NIHR are behind our initiative too.
We are calling on all HCW of Nigerian descent to come and be part of what we are incubating now. If you want the inequality that exists in research to be narrowed, now is the time to take action and join these sessions.
Established researchers and those new to research are equally welcomed. Qualified Doctors, other allied healthcare professionals and students of any healthcare subject, this is for you!
Please get in touch if you would like to share your research journey story in our future sessions.
