Cancellation or Refund of Membership Subscriptions Policy

MANSAG is a UK Registered Charity dedicated to the professional career development and welfare support of its members. Your membership subscription is used entirely to ensure that our Charitable Objects are met and that our members benefit directly from our professional development, advisory and welfare programmes.

Members who wish to cancel their MANSAG membership are responsible for managing and stopping their own subscription payments. Please note that the MANSAG is not able to cancel or stop individual members’ payments on their behalf. This includes payments made via standing orders, direct debits, bank transfers, or third-party payment platforms.

Once a membership fee has been successfully paid, MANSAG does not offer refunds for payments already processed, regardless of the reason for cancellation. To avoid further charges, members that wish to cancel their subscription are advised to cancel their payment arrangements directly with their bank or payment provider before the next payment due date.

If you require confirmation of your membership status or have general queries about the cancellation process, you may contact the MANSAG Secretariat at info@mansag.org for guidance; however, responsibility for payment cancellation remains with the member.
